Proteomics: a tool for understanding biology at the system level

OmicScouts' technologies provide access to various kinds of system level information in 100s of samples from different conditions, tissues and/or organisms.

  • ProteomeScout provides a quantitative in-depth view of the proteome. Data from 100s of samples can be used to identify systematic changes on the protein level and gain insight into disease mechanisms
  • The SignallingScout™ technology is applied for proteome-wide, quantitative profiling of post-translational modifications such as phosphorylation, ubiquitinylation, or acetylation and provides an additional layer of information to further characterize a biological system
  • Data from different proteomics experiments, as well as data from other high-throughput experiments such as Whole-Genome Sequencing or RNA-Seq, can be integrated using sophisticated in silico methods, for example machine learning approaches or network analyses
