Launch of NucleoBeads - Unlocking transcription factor drug discovery
We are proud to present another one of our latest additions to our service and assay portfolio:
We developed the NucleoBeads platform to capture native DNA binding proteins and their complexes from disease relevant systems. We reproducibly quantify >300 transcription factors and transcription factor complexes, e.g., P53, NFkB, and MYC. The assay can be used to identify functional inhibitors of transcription factors and other DNA-binding proteins. Read more here.
